I realize i didnt say a proper goodbye, So this is the best way I could say it. I have loved doing this blog for the last few years. Now I don’t anymore. I’ve moved house. I’m over on http://www.dontwatchthat.tv. come say hi!… thanks for following Thanks for caring. Thanks for everything. I’ll leave this up as a relic to cyberspace but this is my final post. So as goodbyes go there are only so many available downloads on this mix. I think it’s fitting as a musical summary of what this blog has meant to me. The people, the jokes, the music. I loved every minute. I’m crackstevens. I like to party and I love you for reading this. BRIGHTON, UK STAND UP TALL! WE DID THIS!!
This is the best thing I’ve heard all year, better than any album, better than any mix better, than all the sex I’ve had (almost). This mix is colossal. There is a down load limit so you best get it quick time. If you don’t agree with me and you know me please delete me from your life, please. Met dubbeldutch the other night and had I heard this before I met him I woulda geeked the fuck out.
Unkle Crack over and out. xoxo

This video was on the Gaurdian website as of the 31st of July.
Nothing can condone what is happening in London and across the UK these pasty few days. It is not a case of pointing fingers. We are all collectively to blame. That includes every creed, colour and class. In the short term we need a more secure police presence and in the long term we need to re-engage with poorer and disenfranchises communities and the young people within them. As for the police and the government they need to largely work towards regaining the trust of the people and prove that they can protect and govern us with common sense and openness. We live in a multicultural Britain, FACT. No-one is going anywhere, FACT. The sooner the racists, extremist, homophobes, ignoramuses, rich, poor and most importantly the media can accept this and start working on the same page then we can progress as a dominant nation. We don’t need colonies, we don’t need the best/strongest currency or football team/league in the world. We need a sense of community from the borders shared with Scotland to those with Wales and the southern costal towns. This is ENGLAND. – Team Dontwatchthat

Homie Etta and her awesome producer Raf have made something equally as haunting as the scenes outside. Every Dream is compelling and makes you keep pressing play. I’m honestly deflated, sad, depressed, gutted but hope that from the confides of something so ugly something truly beautiful will come of all this. “We must destroy in order to rebuild”

Been a fan of Tinheads since uni, his work is always consistent and visually compelling. Along with with a host of other illustrators. But I mainly like this dude because he is accessible. I mean most people are these days, but he has a youtube, a twitter and a tumblr and seems to be always on the trio he also has a dog called “JET”who when I last checked his site was a bit poorly, or was it Tinhead who was poorly? My memory fails me. This video though is an all encompassing tribute to the freedom of mind. Of which I am a huge fan of, it also helps that I am a man.

My niggas down in Brighton are probably in and amongst the best photographers I know. It’s almost endless dedication to their craft and sometimes fun to be had trawling the undergrowth of flickr. I respect their work and they respect the work of others. Hence “We are lucky” the first instalment of a 10 photographer deep zine curated by Matt Martin. It’s pretty fucking DENCH so if you got 10 quid and aren’t a stingy hogwart scrooge then buy one. Or give me the money and I’ll buy you one but give it to someone more deserving because there are only 50 made. Eitherway them niggas go hard! Shout out to Hiscox vagina !
